What To Expect
As a broker partner, you will be the point of contact between NavCap and your borrower and, in that role, will help guide the borrower through the loan process all the way to closing. When the property is under contract, we ask that you submit the loan application and required documentation right on our website.
Our team will review any potential deal to ensure its viability and line up the appropriate financing for the borrower. We want to ensure success for all parties involved. Once the deal closes, you will be paid up to 2% (points) right on the settlement sheet at closing. What could be easier?
