And not only that—the amount of leverage that we can offer you has increased as well. We are now lending up to 90 percent of the cost of the loan (LTC) and up to 75 percent of the after repair value of the property (LTARV). That means less money down for you. 
As always, we have the most flexibility in our rates and terms for borrowers with some experience and a sound financial record but we will do our absolute best to meet you where you are.
