Looking Ahead To 2026
We're optimistic about 2026. Mortgage rates have come off their highs, and the Fed’s most recent quarter-point cut may be a harbinger of good things to come. Declining rates are expected to improve housing inventory - bringing more homes within buying range and prompting sellers to finally relinquish their low-rate mortgages and size up. More inventory means more potential deals for investors as well.
