Having the right tools at your disposal can make life a lot easier—no matter what the project. Imagine trying to build a fence without a hammer or change a tire without a jack. It would be difficult at best and impossible at worst.
Here at Navigator Private Capital we have tried to provide you with the tools you need to make your next reno project a rousing success. To that end, we have reorganized our website in an effort to make it more useful to our clients.
We realize that, as a whole, real estate investors are under the gun to get things done—quickly and efficiently. So we created a new Resources tab on our website to help the process along. Knowing that our clients don’t have time to reinvent the wheel, we have posted actionable links and downloadable templates to help you hit the ground running.
Here is what’s new:
It pays to plan ahead. We speak from experience when we tell you that it is critical to create a detailed SOW right at the start of the project. Not only will it allow you to estimate repair costs and calculate an ARV more accurately, it will also help you to stay on schedule and, consequently, on budget. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, time is money when it comes to house flipping. And be aware that we recently updated our SOW template so that it better hits the mark for our clients. You’re welcome!
And while we are on the topic of speed, we would like to point you to our next link under the Resources tab—our explainer video detailing the entire loan application process from beginning to end. Applying for a loan with us is quick and easy and can be done right on our website. This short little video will show you how.
But maybe you’ve watched the video and still have questions about how to apply or about something else entirely. Well you are in luck because the next link under Resources are our Frequently Asked Questions or FAQs. Here you will find a plethora of information about our various loan programs covering the entire loan lifecycle.
And as if that were not enough, we have also provided a link to our corporate blog in which we really delve into matters of interest to real estate investors. It’s a great way to keep up to date on what’s new in the industry or with NavCap specifically. Recent posts have touched on the 70% rule, the importance of establishing an LLC, local networking opportunities, proof of funds letters and much more.
Because we know that you aren’t interested in doing business with some nameless, faceless institution, the next link under Resources describes our company founders. Sometimes it’s nice to put a face with a name, right?
But our Resources tab would not be complete without letting you know that we want to hear from you. There are lots of ways to contact us—by phone at 443.603.0193 or email at email@example.com or in person at our headquarters in Annapolis.
